Spanish Air Traffic Strike To Continue On Wednesday As Controllers Protest “Abusive” Service Agreement
Controllers union USCA tells The Spain Report the militarisation of Spanish airspace in 2010 was a government cover up for the botched management of new working hours legislation.
Industrial action by Spanish air traffic controllers will continue on Wednesday, with partial stoppages from 10 am to 12 pm and from 6 pm to 8 pm.
Air traffic control trade union USCA said in a statement that it believed the minimum strike services ordered by Spain’s Public Works Ministry were “abusive”, given that they “oblige 99% of controllers to work”.
