“Unión Sindical de Controladores Aéreos” is a professional trade union that represents more than 90% of air traffic controllers in Spain. Our main goal is to guarantee that the labour rights of the controllers are respected, and to enhance the highest level of safety in the exercise of our profession.
To achieve these objectives we represent the collective of Spanish controllers in national and international organisations that deal with air traffic management and control
Objectives
- Training of air traffic controllers, both ab initio and continuous
- Promoting Just Culture
- Cultural and professional promotion of air traffic control (courses, exhibitions, museums, etc.)
- Active participation in the development of rules that affect or may affect air traffic controllers in particular, and workers in general
- Watch over and safeguard the good reputation of the collective
